Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the set of a noise separating standard voltage in a ripple voltage measuring device.
CONSTITUTION: A ripple voltage measuring device is provided with a voltage comparing circuit 11 for comparing a voltage Vin to be measured and a noise separating standard voltage Vs1 for separating spike noise; a voltage comparing circuit 12 for comparing the voltage Vin to be measured with a ground potential; a logical product circuit 13 for inputting the output of the voltage comparing circuit 11 and the reversed output of the voltage comparing circuit 12; an integrating circuit 15 for integrating the output voltage of the logical product circuit 13; an integrating circuit 16 for integrating the reversed output of the voltage comparing circuit 12; and an integration control means for synchronously controlling the integrating operations of the integrating circuits 15, 16. This device is further provided with a standard voltage generating circuit 17 for dividing the output of the integrating circuit 16 in a determined potential dividing ratio and comparing the divided voltage with the output of the integrating circuit 15 to generate a noise separating standard voltage; and an arithmetic means CPU19 for determining the wave height value of a ripple voltage in which spike noise is separated from the input voltage Vin to be measured by each output voltage V1, V2 of the integrating circuits 15, 16 and the noise separating standard voltage Vs1.
