The rising-wall planting apparatus is provided with the following: a pair of vegetation holding boards facing to each other and standing in parallel; supporting poles supporting the vegetation holding boards at both ends thereof; and a vegetation space formed between a pair of the vegetation holding boards and enabling plants climbing the vegetation holding boards to extend and grow. The vegetation holding boards comprise porous bodies respectively so that the plants for vegetation can be planted directly on the ground so as to be extremely facilitated in growth management of the plants.
