To provide a rivet material fitting operation management system which can grasp not only whether the fitting state of a rivet material is good or not, but also detailed contents such as errors in the kind and size of the rivet material.
The rivet material fitting operation management system includes: a sensor which is fitted to a riveter and detects the fact that the movable body has been moved by the unit moving amount, every time the moving amount of a linearly moving or rotating movable body reaches a prescribed unit moving amount; a timer measuring a moving time required for the movement of the movable body by the unit moving amount caused by the detection of the sensor; an operation means calculating the moving speed of the movable body at the respective detection intervals of the sensor corresponding to the movement by the unit moving amount based on the unit moving amount and the measured result by the timer; a storage means storing a table set with the standard velocity of the movable body per moving interval at which the movable body shall move by the unit moving amount; and a determination means determining the fitting state of the rivet by comparing the calculated result from the operation means and the standard speed on the table.
