Abstract:
To provide a rivet caulking device using assistance of gas pressure/fluid pressure to caulk a blind rivet.
The rivet caulking device has a pulling-in head which is driven by the fluid pressure for engaging with the mandrel of the rivet and resets the rivet by being operated. The rivet caulking device has a fluid pressure source coupled to the head of a caulking device and a pressure intensifier which is connected so as to act on the fluid pressure source. A fluid refilling system is coupled to the fluid pressure source constituted so as to be pressurized and charge a fluid pressure system after maintenance work or recharge a rivet caulking head of the fluid pressure system.
