Abstract:
To work out an automation of a riveting operation course such as a tack rivet removal operation and a normal riveting operation.
After a work 4 is connected by a provisional rivet of an automatic riveting device 1, the work is fastened to a work frame 3 and then moved with a step of procedure instructed in advance for applying a regular riveting at plural positions where provisional riveting are not riveted. After that, the work frame is moved so as to make a core center of the provisional rivet aligned with a core center of a hole drill for applying the regular rivet by drilling, crushing and deleting the provisional rivet.
