To provide a road communication system for safely and quickly notifying other vehicle of information on an obstacle on a road.

A mobile device 10 is provided with an imaging means (camera 30) for photographing an image including a road; an analyzing means for analyzing the photographed image, and for detecting an object on the road; a determination means for determining whether or not the detected object is the obstacle; and a storage means for storing information on the obstacle when it is determined that the detected object is the obstacle. A road side device 40 is provided with an acquisition means for acquiring the information on the obstacle stored in the storage means of the mobile device 10 and a transmission means for transmitting the acquired information on the obstacle to a central control unit 50. The central control unit 50 is provided with a reception means for receiving the transmitted information on the obstacle and a presentation means for presenting the received information on the obstacle.
