To provide a road marking method for a pavement road, which brings about a road marking of a long service life, to provide a sound generating projection forming method which contributes to shortening of a forming time period of sound generating projections, dispenses with a sound generating projection forming device, and is implemented a low cost, and to provide a cement-based road marking material which achieves high strength of a road marking material and exerts high durability.

According to the road marking method, a recess 18 having the same planar shape as that of a center line, is formed in a road surface forming layer 10c by using a marking mold 13, and a paint is filled in the recess 18, followed by drawing the center line 12. Thus the line 12 is made thick and exerts a long service life. Further according to the sound generating projection forming method, a sound generating projection forming mold 22 with projection forming dips 25a having the same shape as that of sound generating projections 23, is pressed to the line 12 in a semi-solid state, to form a number of the sound generating projections 23, and therefore the forming time period of the projections 23 is shortened and production costs are reduced. Furthermore by using the cement-based road marking material, the high strength of the line 12 is achieved, and the durability of the line 12 is enhanced.
