To reduce road noises of a vehicle regarding a road noise reducing device which can increase silence when the vehicle is running.

This road noise reducing device 1 for the vehicle is attached to a wheel W of the vehicle and reduces road noises. The road noise reducing device 1 has a plate-shape main body section 2 which is attached to the outside of the wheel W using a hub bolt 7 which protrudes from an axle shaft DA, and a vibration controlling section 3 made of a vibration controlling material such as a rubber, an expanded resin, a felt and an asphalt sheet, which is fixed to the outer periphery 2e of this main body section 2 and pressed to a disk section 4 of the wheel W by the attachment of the main body section 2. Thus, the versatility of the device is increased. Also, the vibration controlling section can effectively reduce road noises which are transmitted into the cabin by absorbing the vibration of the wheel being running and so forth by being pressed to the wheel, and can make road noises quieter.
