The control device 10 controls the engine and/or actuator so that the load factor falls within a predetermined range. The control device 10 increases, if the load factor is equal to or more than a first threshold, the rotational frequency of the engine (S104), and decreases, if the load factor is equal to or less than a second threshold, the rotational frequency of the engine (S106).
