To provide a road surface drawing device with a speaker which gets attention of a person to which a user wants to send a message with a road surface drawing and avoids getting attention of people other than the message receiver.SOLUTION: A road surface drawing device 1 with a speaker includes: a housing 2; a speaker unit 10 which emits sound in a projection direction; a road surface drawing unit 20 which projects light on a road surface to display an image; and a support member 3 which supports the speaker unit 10 and the road surface drawing unit 20 relative to the housing 2 at attitudes at which the sound projection direction X and a light projection direction Y are aligned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
