In the road traffic system composed of a plurality of road side communication equipment connected to a road side communication network and plural vehicles for communicating with the road side equipment, this road traffic system is composed of a step for transmitting a message from the road side equipment while applying a service code and location information to the message, a step for judging whether or not processing is to be executed from the service code and the location information by receiving the message by the road side equipment connected to the road side communication network, and a step for executing processing shown by the service code when it is judged processing is to be executed.
