Out of the surfaces of a spoke part 6, an inner face 6i facing to braking parts is formed along a concentric circle with a wheel rotary axial line O as a center, and extends approximately in parallel along a shape of the braking parts at a position not interfering with the braking parts. A longitudinal right-angled sectional shape of the spoke part 6 is constituted into such a shape that a sectional shape line relating to the inner face 6i is made to a straight line longer than a sectional shape line relating to an outer face 6o and two trapezoids D1 and D2 with different horizontal widths are vertically combined.
