Abstract:

To reduce noise and vibration generated by running of a vehicle.

This bed facilities are provided with a grooved recess 3 having a roadbed 18 for running a street can 66 positioned inside, plural support members 49 interposed between the inside bases 5 of the recess 3 and the roadbed 18, and a water quantity regulating device 10 capable of regulating the quantity of water stored in the recess 3. The roadbed 18 is separated from a roadbed 20 positioned outside the recess 3, and the support members 49 have support parts 58 forming spaces 64 inside the support members and between the support members. The support parts 58 support load applied to the roadbed 18. In the water quantity regulating device 10, a water barrier sheet 12 is provided in the bottom 4 and the side lower part 7 of the recess.
