Abstract:
To provide a simple roadbed structure while securing its structural strength.
Crushed used tire pieces are bonded together via an adhesive to be molded into a porous block. The used tire may be crushed into the crushed pieces each having a dimension of 50 mm or less. As a desirable design of the block molded of the crushed pieces, the block is formed into a flat rectangle substantially and provided with a thickness of 6-60 cm and a length of 20-120 cm. For manufacturing this roadbed material, the used tire is crushed into pieces, the crushed pieces are put in a cage to be immersed in the adhesive, and then, the crushed pieces pulled up from the adhesive are placed into a form to be cured.
