Abstract:
To provide an epoch-making roaster made of a completely close contact compound metal casting which wipes out the conventional shortcoming.
The roaster is a roasting tool for roasting an Okonomiyaki (roasted flat flour batter with toppings), Takoyaki (octopus dumpling) or the like, and uses the completely close contact compound metal casting produced by casting an aluminum alloy together with a roasting part 1 of a molded iron material and a heater 21 fixed to a mold.
