Abstract:
To provide a roasting method and a roasting apparatus both easily and finely adjusting the roasted condition of a product to be roasted.
This roasting method is characterized by comprising heating a product to be roasted in a heating boiler followed by evaporating the water content thereof and heating the product to be roasted with heating value lower compared to that before evaporating the material.
