ROASTING METHOD FOR BAKERY PRODUCT WITH MICROWAVE OVEN

Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bakery product that can be baked to brown in a microwave oven together with a package by putting the dough of the bakery product into a packaging member, providing suitable spaces above and by the side of the dough, arranging a microwave absorbing material at an upper section and packaging the product in prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION: A dough piece 10 (incompletely baked piece is available as well) of the bakery product is put into the molded packaging member. Then, one part of an upper section 14 of the packaging member at least containing a material 9 (barium titanate, for example) for absorbing the radio waves of microwaves and changing them to heat. Further, the upper section 14 is formed so that the generated heat can be guided onto the dough piece 10 directly or after being reflected. Moreover, the inside surface of the upper section 14 is constituted away from the upper and side surfaces of the dough piece 10 just for a preset minimum distance before and during a working cycle for baking the dough piece 10. When a consumer is to eat this bakery product, it is baked in the microwave oven together with the package and simultaneously colored in brown.
