Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use a robot language directly from a keyboard, to decrease the labor and to increase the kind of action teaching by providing a manual controller for teaching, arm control device and control keyboard, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a file name is inquired at a message data command S2 from a host computer 1 to a manual controller 3 for teaching, the returned information is stored in a computer 1. Next, an arm control key 7c, etc., are controlled by an operator, an arm is manually operated, and at an arm control device 5, the data of the present position are updated by a signal S4 from the controller 3. When the position is a desired position, a here key 7b is pushed, the data are transferred to the computer 1 and written in an ASCII file together with a state name, etc., as an ASCII character column. This is repeated and a source file of BASIC can be prepared. Thus, the robot language can be used directly from the keyboard and the labor can be decreased.
