Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot arm mechanism having a prismatic joint and capable of structurally preventing an arm part from an injection part.SOLUTION: The robot arm mechanism having a prismatic expandable/contractible joint is characterized in that the prismatic expandable/contractible joint has an arm part 2 and an injection part 29 for supporting the arm part 2, the arm part 2 has a first connected frame array 21 including a plurality of first connected frames 23 and a second connected frame array 20 including a plurality of second connected frames 22, the second connected frame array 20 is formed into a columnar shape joined to the first connected frame array 21 at a rear side and injected together with the first connected frame array 21 from the injection part 29, in order to prevent the arm part 2 from falling off from the injection part 29, projection parts 31 and 32 are provided in teh second connected frame 22 of the tail end of the second connected frame array 20 to project from the rear surface to the first connected frame array 21 side, and abutment parts 35 and 26 are fixed at predetermined positions behind the injection part 29, on which the projection parts 31 and 32 abut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
