Abstract:

To prevent a hose led out from the rotary shaft of a robot arm from a twisting and bending due to an entanglement caused by rotation of the rotary shaft.

In this robot, an adhesive is applied on a work 8 as a painting gun 3 is rotated by a rotary shaft 2 extending from the tip part of a robot arm 1 to below. In this case, a support plate 11 and a guide frame 12 are fixed on the rotary shaft 2. A hose 6 for feeding the adhesive led out from the painting gun 3 is wound in a helical state around the rotary shaft 2 as the hose is inserted through the guide frame 12 in a position above a support plate 11. Even when the rotary shaft 2 is rotated in a 360° arc or more based on the robot arm 1, an entanglement of the hose 6 in a position above the support plate 11 is prevented from occurring.
