Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in tact time performance, by reducing an installation area for a packing device and reducing turning angles of a turning shaft of a robot arm so as to reduce air cut time.SOLUTION: A robot cell comprises: a pedestal having a square plane; a robot arranged at one side of the plane of the pedestal; a member exhausting portion provided at one side adjacent to the side at which the robot is arranged; a packing material supplied portion provided at one side opposing to the side where the robot is arranged; a packing material supplying portion provided at one side opposing to the one side where the member exhausting portion is provided; and one working space provided on the pedestal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
