PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot for a construction work capable of alternating or assisting a conveyance work by an operator.SOLUTION: A robot 10 for a construction work comprising a multi-legged robot includes a load-carrying platform 14 for loading material and equipment 1 for construction, at least 4 legs 20 for supporting the load-carrying platform 14, a horizontal holding mechanism 16 for holding a horizontal state of the load-carrying platform 14, and a control mechanism 22 for controlling own gravity-center position ascendably/descendably on a step or on a slope, to thereby control the attitude of the legs 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
