Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enter operation data for a robot through a user's operation to joint parts to synchronize a plurality of operation timings.SOLUTION: An operation control data creation system for a robot 1 comprises: an operation data acquisition part 109 for acquiring operation data indicating operations of predetermined joint parts by detecting users' operations for the joint parts selected from a plurality of joint parts; a synchronous processing part 208 for synchronizing timings of the plurality of operation data by analyzing the operation data for the plurality of predetermined joint parts; and an operation control data creation part 209 for creating and registering the operation control data to reproduce operations of the joint parts on the basis of the plurality of operation data having completed synchronous processing. In addition, the operation control data creation system for a robot may comprises an inflection point detection part 207 for analyzing the acquired operation data to detect inflection points which indicate points where motion states of rotary shafts in the predetermined joint parts exceed predetermined values, to allow the synchronous processing part to synchronize timings of the plurality of inflection points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
