A robot operation device includes: an image input part 11 for inputting an image acquiring a space where a robot 20 exists: an image processing part 12 for processing the image input by the image input part 11 so that resolution is reduced as it gets farther away from a part of an image corresponding to the intention of the part 21 of the head or the like of the robot 20; an image display part 13 for displaying the image processed by the image processing part 12 on a display 15; and an image position specification part 14 for issuing a command for moving the part 21 so that the user in the image displayed on the display 15 is directed to a position specified by the user.
