Abstract:
To improve work efficiency by an operator.SOLUTION: A robot system comprises: a robot; and a robot controller. The robot holds a workpiece which is a work object of an operator. The robot controller controls an operation of the robot. The robot controller comprises a determination part and an operation control part. The determination part determines a position and a direction of a workpiece for every work section based on work section information including a plurality of work sections to a workpiece, the work being performed by the operator.
