Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that welding execution data is not surely stored when abnormality occurs in a communication channel in a production line in which a monitor device and a plurality of robot control devices are connected by a network.SOLUTION: Each of robot control devices RC1 etc. includes a storage device 15 and a main control part 16.The storage device 15 stores pieces of welding execution data sequentially. The main control part 16 determines whether pieces of welding execution data to be acquired in a weld control process which is going to be performed can be stored or not in storage capacity of the storage device 15. In addition, the main control part 16 performs abnormality processing when it cannot communicate with a monitor device PC and holds monitor-related information stored by the storage device 15.When it can communicate with the monitor device or communication with the monitor device has become possible from impossible state, welding execution data in the storage device 15 is transmitted to the monitor device PC. The welding execution data can be stored surely, traceability in whole production line therefore can be secured.
