Abstract:
To provide teaching data creation system and program that can reduce weld deformation, and can prevent a welding robot from interfering with components and peripheral objects.SOLUTION: A teaching data creation system 400 includes a teaching data reconstruction process S3 in which welding sequences, avoidance indication points P0, P1, P7 to P9, P15, P16, and avoidance sequences are adjusted to reconstruct teaching data. The teaching data reconstruction process S3 includes a group replacement process S32 in which sequences of a plurality of welding groups are replaced according to a correction welding sequence D9 for reducing weld deformation of components 100, 104a, 104b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
