To solve a problem wherein a conventional crime prevention device is scarcely effective for threatening a dubious person because it repeats turning-over or emits buzzer sounds merely for action of the dubious person.

This crime prevention device is the robot type device provided with a trunk part provided on a dashboard of a vehicle and a head part provided turnably and continuously with the trunk part, which is provided with a driving means to turn the head part by the driving means. The "feeling of fear of being pursued by the line of sight" is given to the dubious person positioned in front of the dashboard of the vehicle to prevent occurrence of crime against the vehicle more than the conventional device. Furthermore, since the whole shape of this device is of a robot type, the dubious person feels as if he/she is observed by a human being and receives eerie feeling.
