PURPOSE: To provide a work EXECUTION method having a high degree of freedom of work execution, capable of quickly responding to a change in a work execution state at a site or in a construction condition, regarding a rock bolt driving method for fixing the natural ground such as the base rock with a rock bolt at the time of performing, for example, a tunnel excavation work.
CONSTITUTION: A long-sized raw material pipe 1 to be a rock bolt is carried in a work executing site for driving the rock bolt in a state where the pipe 1 is like rolled up, before driving a hollow rock bolt into a bore hole H formed on the base rock. Also, the curls of the pipe 1 coiled like a roll are removed sequentially with a straightener 2, and inserted in the bore hole H, while being made linear with the straightener 2. Then, the pipe 1 is cut to desired length, and housed in and fixed to the hole H.
