Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove the excess rock cut powder accumulated in a void between the skim plate lower barrel of a rock semi-shield machine and a tunnel excavation face, resolve the friction resistance by the rock cut powder, maintain the rock semi-shield machine horizontal, and continuously maintain the excavation propulsion force of the rock semi-shield machine by fitting a branch mud feed pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The rock cut powder removing device of a rock semi-shield machine is constituted of a mud feed pipe 1, a mud feed conveying device, a mud discharge pipe 2, a mud discharge conveying device, and a branch mud feed pipe 3, and they are assembled in the rock semi-shield machine. One end of the branch mud feed pipe 3 is branched from the mud feed pipe 1 or connected to one end of the mud feed pipe 1, and the other end of the branch mud feed pipe 3 is guided to the outside of the machine through the skim plate lower barrel 6 of the rock semi-shield machine. A branch mud feed pipe opening/ closing valve 8 is provided on the branch mud feed pipe 3.
