Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for re-treating a rock sludge cake, which can prevents soil or rivers from being contaminated with rock waste, by collecting the very fine sand of a rock from the rock sludge cake which is produced by a by-product in the process for crushing a rock to produce an aggregate and is treated as the rock waste.SOLUTION: The apparatus for re-treating the rock sludge cake includes: a mixing tank 10, in which the rock sludge cake is mixed with water and then an obtained mixture is agitated to prepare liquid rock sludge; a rock very fine sand collector, in which the very fine sand of a rock, included in the liquid rock sludge that is supplied from the mixing tank, is separated and the separated very fine sand of a rock is discharged together with water, and drainage is made to overflow at an upper layer thereof; a dehydrator for dehydrating the very fine sand of a rock discharged from the rock very fine sand collector together with water; and a signal tank, in which the drainage made to overflow with the rock very fine sand collector is treated with a chemical, a rock component is agglomerated, precipitated and discharged, and supernatant water on the upper side thereof is discharged by an overflow system.
