A first engaged portion 17 for making a base end of a valve body strike against an end of the connected portion 15, a second engaged portion 18 for making a tip end of a rush adjustor strike against the other end of the connected portion 15, and through holes 16, 16 for supporting both ends of a supporting shaft at the center location between the both side walls are formed, respectively. Further, the shape of each portion shall be corrected as the need arises in order to accomplish the above purpose.
