A freely rockable arm element 2 is provided with a valve acting section 3 acting on the valve 22 and a roller 5 rolling and abutting on the cam 21. The roller 5 is freely rotatably supported via the rolling element 9 in a periphery of a roller shaft 8 attached to the arm element 2. A roller bearing 7 is constructed of the roller shaft 8, the rolling element 9 and the roller 5.
