Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extend a shooting range of a rocket bomb, by charging a bleeding propellant in the subcombustion chamber partitively formed in a booster combustion chamber, while installing a base bleeding nozzle, and constituting a bleed motor.
CONSTITUTION: A subcombustion chamber 23 is partitively formed in a booster combustion chamber 7. A bleeding propellant 9 of a double base system is charged in this subcombustion chamber 24, while a base bleeding nozzle 25 is installed and a bleed motor 20 is formed. Combustion time of the bleeding propellant is made longer than that of a booster propellant. Thus, a shooting range for a rocket bomb is extendable as concealing its flying route in secret.
