The rocking bearing 30 comprises an outer ring 11 including a raceway surface 12 on the inner diameter side and comprising collar parts 13a, 13b with both axial ends bent onto the inner diameter side; a plurality of rollers 20 arranged on the raceway surface 12; and a cage 21 including pockets for holding the rollers 20 and a pair of connecting parts 23a, 23b located on both axial end sides of the pockets and extending in a circumferential direction. The collar parts 13a, 13b are provided with bent parts 17a, 17b bent onto the axial raceway surface 12 side to hold the cage 21 arranged on the inner diameter side. The connecting parts 23a, 23b of the cage 21 care provided with fitting claws 26 allowing snap fitting so that the cage 21 is held by the bent parts 17a, 17b after passing through the bent parts 17a, 17b.
