Abstract:
To provide a rocking bearing capable of closely contacting with a housing with an appropriate pre-load.
The rocking bearing is provided with a rocking bearing outer ring 12 comprising a track member in an arcuate shape having a track face on its internal diameter face and a flange portion protruding radially inward from a widthwise end portion of the track member, a plurality of rollers arranged along the track face and a retainer 16 in an arcuate shape holding the plurality of rollers. A curvature radius r1 of the outer diameter of the rocking bearing outer ring 12 and a curvature radius r2 of the outer diameter of the retainer 16 satisfy 1r1/r21.15.
