For this rocking belt 1, opening and closing devices 3 and 3b made of plastic are provided on both ends of a belt 2 made of thick cloth to be wound around the waist and mounted to a body and the opening and closing device 3 can adjust the length of the belt 2. Also, the belt 2 is provided with a metallic holder 4 provided with an opening and closing part 4b and the rope 5 for walking the pet is freely attachably and detachably provided on the holder 4. A metallic hook 6 provided with the opening and closing part 6b for connecting the collar of the pet is provided on the lower end of the rope 5 for walking the pet and an upper part is turned to a ring shape.
