This rocking internally meshing type speed reducer comprises a speed reduction mechanism for reducing the speed of and outputting the rotation of the motor shaft (input shaft) 102 in the form of the component of the relative rotation of an internal gear 136 to an external gear 134 meshed with the internal gear 136. The speed reducer comprises the motor shaft (input shaft) 102 in which a female spline 102S is formed at the end and a male press-fitting part 102P of perfect circle is axially formed and the eccentric body 130 capable of oscillatingly rotating the external gear 134. A through-hole 130H extending in the axial direction is formed in the eccentric body 130. A female spline 130S matching the male spline 102S and a female press-fitting part 130P matching the male press-fitting part 102P are axially formed in the through-hole 134H.
