PURPOSE: To aim at the promotion of facilitation of work to pivotally support the front end of a rear steering column to a support bracket.

CONSTITUTION: Two small diametral parts 28a and 28a of a symmetrical pair of pivotal supporting pins 6b and 6b are inserted into two small diametral round holes 42 and 42 to be formed in a rear steering column 4. Likewise two large diametral parts 27a and 27a are pressed in two large diametral round holes 44 and 44 of a support bracket 5b. An intermediate part of two spring pins 49 and 49 to be pressed in engaged holes 48 to be installed in the vertical direction is engaged with two engaged recess grooves 46 and 46 being formed in the large diametral parts 27a and 27a.
