PURPOSE: To miniaturize and lighten an external actuation control valve controlling discharge capacity of a compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge chamber 10 and a crank chamber 2 are communicated through to each other by a first communication passage 21, the crank chamber 2 and a suction chamber 7 are communicated through to each other by a second communication passage 22, an electromagnetic control valve 31 to open and close the first communication passage 21 is provided in the discharge chamber 10, and a pressure actuation control valve 36 to control opening and closing of the second communication passage 22 by differential pressure between pressure of the crank chamber 2 and pressure of the suction chamber 7 is provided in the middle of the second communication passage 22. Additionally, in a spool chamber 23 to communicate both of the communication passages 21, 22 through to each other, a second spool valve 25 which is actuated by refrigerant gas of high pressure in the discharge chamber 10 and closes the second communication passage 22 when the electromagnetic control valve 31 is opened is stored. Thereafter, a coil 35 to actuate a valve body 33 of the electromagnetic control valve 31 and an outside actuating electric current are lessened, and the electromagnetic control valve 31 is miniaturized and lightened.
