To provide a rod feeding-out mechanism in which a rod fixed to another fine rod can be moved integrally together with the fine rod in a positive manner.

There is provided a rod feeding-out mechanism comprising: a fine rod feeding-out mechanism 44 having a chuck 34; a fine rod 46 fastened by a chuck 34 of the fine rod feeding-out mechanism 44 and fed out through an advancing motion of the chuck 34; and a rod-like object 48 fixed at the tip of the fine rod 46 so as to cause the rod-like object 48 to be fed out by a predetermined amount through the advancing motion of the chuck 34 of the fine rod feeding-out mechanism 44. The extremity end of the fine rod 46 is embeded into the rod-like object 48, and a diameter expansion part 46a protruded in a diameter direction is formed at the tip of the embedded part in the rod-like object 48 of the fine rod 46.
