Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod connection structure for a travelling vehicle capable of making steering of steering wheels smooth by freeing synthetic movement of a connection member, while making the rod connection structure compact.SOLUTION: In a rod connection structure for a travelling vehicle, a steering working rod 15 advanced/retreated in a lateral direction via a steering mechanism based on an operation of a handlebar 7a and a knuckle arm 16 rotatably supported by a king pin 11 are connected by a connection member 17 via a first ball joint 18 and a second ball joint 19. Joint shafts 18c, 19c having head spherical members 18b, 19b for internally fitting one ends of the steering working rod 15 and the connection member 17 and the other ends of the knuckle arm 16 and the connection member 17 into head part holders 18a, 19a of the ball joints 18, 19 in a rotatable manner respectively are provided in the same direction vertically crossing with the connection member 17 and connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
