Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lubricate between a spindle of a pulley and both side plates by filling a hole penetrating a hub of the pulley straightly and traversing the hub in the longitudinal direction with a lubricant.
CONSTITUTION: A side plate 2 at one side is horizontally arranged, and one hub 11 in a pulley 1 or one of side parts of a spindle is engaged to one of holes 21b of the side plate 2. A lubricating liquid is poured in a hole 11a of the hub 11. After the same step is carried out to a second pulley, the second pulley is covered with a second side plate. The lubricating liquid flows in the directions of blind holes 21b of both side plates 2 by capillary action.
