PURPOSE: To facilitate attachment/detachment to/from a rod-like material end, so as to eliminate the possibility of dropping by attachably/detachably engaging an engaging member with a main body through a process of rotating the rod-like body after fitting a locking flap of the engaging member into a fitting part.

CONSTITUTION: After an attaching part 11 is fixed on a fixing surface 9, engaging members 8a, 8B fixed on respective pipes 2, 3 are inserted into engaging holes 12 faced to each other, and locking flaps 25, 25 of the engaging members 8A, 8B are fitted and inserted between engaging pieces 19, 19 of main bodies 7, so as to bring respective outer end wall outer surfaces 24A of the engaging members 8A, 8B into contact with the inner end surfaces of the locking pieces 19. Both pipes 2, 3 are rotated in the direction of an arrow mark provided on collar parts 21 of respective engaging members 8A, 8B, so as to bring positioning stoppers 28 into contact with the ends in the circumferential direction of the locking pieces 19 of the main bodies 7. At this time, the locking pieces 19 are pinched by the wedge effect of an inclined surface of the locking pieces 25 from both side in the axial direction and locked and fixed, thereby the rod-like material 1 is not dropped caused by slipping off of the locking members 8A, 8B from the main bodies 7.
