PURPOSE: To carrier possible to make the high accurate motion by the simple constitution, by installing the first and the second swiveling output shafts at the oscillating drive in order to make the specified clamping motion and the carrying motion.

CONSTITUTION: From the condition that the rod material on the rod maerial carriage path A is being clamped by only the first clmaping device 1, the second swivel arm 4 counterclockwise swivels; correspondingly to this swiveling motion, the moving block 18, that is the second clamping device 2 slides to the right side along the guide bar 5. When the second clamping device 2 arrives at the terminal position on the right side, the second swivel arm 4 stops, and the first swivel 3 beings its counterclockwise swivel motion. Accordingly, the slide plates 13, 19, of the first and the second clamping devices 1, 2, respectively slide upward and downward, and the first clamping device 1 upclamps the rod material, whereas, the second clamping device 2 clamps the rod material. After that, the second swivel arm 4 beings its clockwise motion, and the rod material is sent into the carrying direction B.
