PURPOSE: To prevent oil from mixing in operating gas by connecting both chambers to generate a lip pressure of an oil scraper seal equal to or not less than tightening force of a spring, when a pressure in the intermediate chamber is increased larger than a pressure of the oil scraper chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A communication path 17, which communicates with passages 15, 16 and an oil scraper chamber 9, is drilled in an intermediate member 6, here a one-way valve 18 is arranged. In the one-way valve 18, when a pressure P1 in an intermediate chamber 8 is increased larger than a pressure P2 in the oil scraper chamber 9, immediately the pressure P1 is introduced into the oil scraper chamber 9, and both the pressures P1, P2 are generated almost equal or in a relation where P2>P1. As a result, no differential pressure is generated in both the chambers 8, 9 such as press-spreading a lip of an oil scraper seal 7, and by holding a contact pressure to a rod 4 of the lip in a preferable condition, scraping off of oil can be effectively performed.
