PURPOSE: To prepare a large amount of rods with high precison by forming a rod having a large edge part and a small edge part through the combination of joining of a plurality of plastic worked parts from steel plates.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of parts 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d are prepared through the plastic work for steel plates, and the part having fundamentally a rod 11 shape is formed by joining work. Each part 11a, 11b which forms the rod 11 is constituted of circular plates having a different size in accordance with the purpose of the large and small edge parts. The connecting rod part for connecting the both parts is formed of the connecting-rod part 11c having a flat form and the part 11d having the concaved part of an oil hole 11e within a range of width of the connecting rod.
