Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll bending apparatus having small residual stress and high bending accuracy by interlocking an extruder of an aluminum extruded shape material and a roll bending apparatus.SOLUTION: A roll bending apparatus for an extruded shape material includes: a guide roll for feeding an extruded shape material extruded from an extruder; and a bending roll performing bending of the extruded shape material fed by the guide roll. A feeding speed A2 of the extruded shape material by the bending roll is set to be higher than a feeding speed A1 of the extruded shape material by the guide roll. Accordingly, tensile stress is applied to the extruded shape material located between the bending roll and the guide roll.
