PURPOSE: To deliver a cylindrical product wound at the outside of a rigid body roll without relatively shifting the rigid body roll and an elastic body roll, in a roll bending method and a device for a plate material by supplying the plate material between the elastic body roll and the rigid body roll.

CONSTITUTION: After roll-bending the plate material by supplying into gap between the elastic body roll 31 and the rigid body roll 53 arranged at a prescribed interval, the roll-bent cylindrical product 39 is positioned at a recessed part 43 at the elastic body side formed with the elastic body 37 of the elastic body roll 31. This device is constituted so that the cylindrical product 39 is shifted to the axial length direction under this condition and delivered after passing through the recessed part 45 in flange sides formed at the side parts of the elastic body side recessed part 43 in guide flanges of the elastic body roll 31.
