Abstract:

To provide a brush which has a long life time and can carry out deburring and polishing of a small diameter hole with good efficiency.

There is provided a roll brush which uses a channel brush 3 having the width of a channel bottom 5 is 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less and in which the channel bottom is spirally wound around and fixed to a cylinder 7 or a round bar. Since the mechanical strength of a support part 7 is high, a high strength can be achieved even if the diameter of the brush is small. Further, brush hairs are hard to be omitted and hair materials are many, so that brush replacement frequency can be reduced and cost and time for replacement can be saved.
